Freeza's evil plan to create the biggest multi-universe corporation was a success. After bidding for an unknown company called Fugazzi, and skyrocketing its stocks, he swapped it for Capsule Corporation. Later when Vegeta discovered that Fugazzi was a decoy, it was too late.

From his position as CEO of Capsule corp. Freeza bought every company in the universe except one; Master Roshi's Academy. It was from this company that Goku was able to outsmart Freeza by becoming a white knight for Bulma and his friends.
